I saw that there was currently a special offer on the holiday that I booked. But the price reduction is not shown on my contract.

To take advantage of that reduction, please contact our holiday reps by email (click on Contact us), and give them your customer number and the code of the special offer.

Knowing that places go quickly, I would like to book my holiday now. But on-line reservation is still not available. How can I do it?

Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 till 19:30. They will deal with your request and send you your file as soon as booking is possible.

I can get a reduction through the partner code of my works committee. I don't know where to enter this code when I book on your website.

Partner reductions are deducted from the files after validation by your works committee or company holiday service. To take advantage of this reduction, all you have to do is send us a certification by mail, stating the partner number and your customer number. As soon as we receive this information, we will send you a detailed contract taking account of these reductions.

I booked by phone a few days ago. I'd like to know if you've received my down-payment cheque but I can't find my file on your site.

I'd like to have a room with a sea view. What do I need to do?

Please contact the village directly about a month before your holiday. You will find the village contact details on its presentation page. The village will do its best to meet your request, depending on availability.

I'd like to add an extra person to my file. How can I do this?

To modify your file, please contact our holiday reps by email (click on Contact us). In order to avoid a series of back-and-forth messages, please state your request as clearly as possible and give the surname, Christian name and date of birth of the person to be added. Also specify your customer number.

I'm a vegetarian. Can I book a half-board holiday and keep to my normal diet?

When you click on the button "A holiday rep will call you", a window opens and enables you to be called back free of charge by our reservation office. You are then immediately connected with our call centre, free of charge. If you don't have 2 phone lines, give us your mobile number.
